OLCIAS is launching a revolutionary Bi-Annual Journal to showcase the best research from conferences. The journal is exclusively published in English and undergoes meticulous curation by the editorial team. Researchers are invited to submit their work for inclusion in the OLCIAS Journal, allowing them to disseminate their research widely and have a significant impact on their field.

The Journal is Published Online and the Starting Year was 2023. This Journal publishes Two issues per year: July and December.

Medical Sciences review focusing on articles related to brain and mental science, Neuroscience and Neurosurgery, covering molecular, cellular, developmental, structural, functional, evolutionary, computational, psychosocial, medical, and surgical aspects of the nervous system. Hence,we invite authors to submit their original articles, reviews, opinions, short communications, case reports, clinical perspectives, news, proceedings, health policies, etc.,

Peer-Review Policy
Peer review is designed to assess the validity, quality and originality of articles for publication. Reviewers play an essential role in validating the research submitted and providing constructive feedback to the editors and authors.

Publication Ethics:  
Publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is a main building block in the development of an intelligible and respected network of knowledge. It’s reflecting the quality of the work of the authors and the publishers.

OLCIAS Journal follows principles of publication led by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Editors should be accountable for everything published in the journal.

Editors’ decisions to accept or reject a paper for publication should be based on the paper’s importance, originality and clarity, and the study’s validity and its relevance to the remit of the journal.

We suppose our authors to obey with, best practice in publication ethics.

Plagiarism before Publishing
OLCIAS Journal will judge any case of plagiarism on its limits. If plagiarism is detected by the editorial board member, reviewer, editor etc., in any stage of article process- before or after acceptance, during editing or at a page proof stage. We will alert the same to the author(s) and will ask them to rewrite the content or to cite the references from where the content has been taken. If more than 25% of the paper is plagiarized- the article may be rejected and the same is notified to the author

When Plagiarism Check Done?
All the submitted manuscripts for publication are checked for plagiarism after submission and before starting review.

Handling Plagiarism?
The manuscripts or papers in which the plagiarism is detected are handled based on the extent of the plagiarism.
 
< 5% Plagiarism: The manuscript will be given an ID and the manuscript is sent to author for content revision.

5- 30% Plagiarism: The manuscript will not be given an ID and the manuscript is sent back to author for content revision.

>30% Plagiarism: The manuscript will be rejected without the review. The authors are advised to revise the manuscript and resubmit the manuscript.
